and ginger, and stir-fry them until they release their
aroma. After that, I pour in some chicken broth and let the
mixture simmer for a few minutes to infuse the flavors.
Once the sauce is ready, I add the marinated fish into
the wok and let it cook until the fish is tender and the
sauce has thickened. I also like to add some tofu skin or
bean sprouts to the dish for extra texture and flavor.
To finish, I sprinkle some chopped green onions and
cilantro on top for freshness and color. The dish is best
served with steamed rice to balance out the spiciness.
